Southwest Airlines and First USA, Bank One’s credit card division, announced the renewal of their popular partnership program offering travel benefits to cardmembers. Through use of their credit cards, Rapid Rewards Visa cardmembers receive Rapid Rewards credits toward free airline travel to the 58 markets Southwest Airlines serves.
Inside Flyer magazine recently recognized Southwest’s 15-year-old Rapid Rewards program as “Program of the Year” and bestowed additional honors for Best Customer Service, Best Award Redemption and Best Bonus Promotion.
