The company reported that it expects revenues for the quarter, which ended September 30, 2002, to be approximately $3.1 million, up 11 percent compared to $2.8 million in the second quarter. The company expects to report a net loss of approximately $97,000 or ($0.01) per share, and total cash flow of $40,000 for the quarter.
