Wincor Nixdorf, Inc., the leader in innovative, open ATM solutions that optimize banking processes, announced the ProCash® 2350 ATM. Designed for drive-up ATM banking, the ProCash 2350 is a full-function, freestanding frontload system that fits standard 42″ islands. Its weatherproof package and rugged design make the ProCash 2350 ideal for harsh outdoor environments. With the addition of the ProCash 2350, Wincor Nixdorf now offers a complete range of ATMs for drive-up banking.
Standard equipment includes the 12.1″ sunlight-readable LCD screen. The screen’s brilliant information display is significantly brighter than screens found in most ATM and makes it perfect for outdoor use. The LCD screen is available in a touch version or with softkeys. The ProCash 2350 is powered by a 2.0 GHz Pentium IV processor and runs on the Windows NT operating system, used throughout the ProCash family.
As with all Wincor Nixdorf ATMs, the ProCash 2350 is made of highly specialized durable materials, allowing it to maintain its contemporary industrial design and attractive appearance. Its resilient finish makes cleaning easier and preserves the overall aesthetics of the machine.
“The ProCash 2350 represents Wincor Nixdorf’s commitment to the U.S. banking market. With this addition to the ProCash family, Wincor Nixdorf now offers a full range of products for the self-service ATM market, including drive-up banking,” said Scott Hackl, vice president of Wincor Nixdorf Banking Solutions. “Wincor Nixdorf continues to focus on helping our customers leverage their ATMs for enhanced customer service and improved profitability. The ProCash 2350 reflects Wincor Nixdorf’s commitment to lower total cost of ownership for our customers. The modular design of our ATMs allows for ease and speed of serviceability, which are critical requirements for drive-up installations.”
About the ProCash family
Wincor Nixdorf’s ProCash family addresses the full spectrum of cash system applications, from multi-function ATMs to single-function, multi-media cash dispensers for retail environments. As the leader in open standards for ATMs, Wincor Nixdorf has incorporated Windows NT as its standard operating system for more than five years throughout the ProCash product line. The ProCash family’s standards-based design, combined with easy servicing and the ability to quickly upgrade for future functionality, allows Wincor Nixdorf to substantially lower the total cost of ownership (TCO) for banks. Wincor Nixdorf’s technology leadership also improves the user experience at banks; for example, LCDs are used through the ProCash line, providing a sharp contrast to the commonly used CRTs found in most ATMs.
Wincor Nixdorf’s ATM solutions are sold worldwide and are exclusively represented in the United States by IBM Global Services, which markets, sells and services Wincor Nixdorf ATMs in the U.S. market.
