Inc., a leader in Internet-based transaction delivery, announced the
appointment of Michael Geihsler as Senior Vice President, Operations. In this
role, Mr. Geihsler will oversee Datawire’s research & development, network
operations and customer support functions. Mr. Geihsler will be based out of
Datawire’s U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.

Mr. Geihsler has over 29 years of experience within product and system
development, operations, client services and business development gained in
the transaction processing industry. Most recently, Mr. Geihsler served as
Vice President, Client Services for Dallas-based Alliance Data Systems (NYSE:
ADS), a leading transaction processor that processes 2.7 Billion transactions
annually. At Alliance Data, Geihsler was responsible for the maintenance and
growth of client revenue for the Network Service Division through a suite of
transaction processing products and managed relationships with hundreds of
customers.

Mr. Geihsler gained additional experience occupying the position of Vice
President, Electronic Commerce Systems Division at Shared Network Services,
Inc., a Canadian provider of transaction processing services (later acquired
by BCE Emergis). Mr. Geihsler joined BUYPASS Corporation, based in Atlanta,
Georgia, at its pre-revenue stage and held the positions of Executive Vice
President, Product Development and Senior Vice President, Operations. During
Mr. Geihsler’s tenure, BUYPASS became the largest third party electronic
credit and debit card transaction processor in the U.S. Mr. Geihsler was
responsible for the firm’s technical product integration after BUYPASS was
acquired by Corestates Bancorporation. BUYPASS is now owned by Concord EFS,
Inc. (NASDAQ: CEFT).
Mr. Geihsler holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from
