Incurrent, the leading provider of a Cardmember Care suite of products for the credit card industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new account sales executives, Keith Ginsberg and William Davit. The new sales executives will facilitate the expansion in the company’s product offerings in order to meet increased demand for its services due to unprecedented growth in enrollments.
“Demand has grown steadily for online solutions that can automate the entire relationship between the card issuer and the cardmember,” said Incurrent CMO, Bill Kinnelly. Originally, issuers were concerned primarily with cardmember account maintenance and billing, but it’s much more than that now. Issuers are demanding online solutions for the entire relationship with their cardmembers, including account development, servicing, and loss prevention. “Incurrent is now able to provide a whole suite of products at price points that maximize the returns on investment for our clients,” said Kinnelly.
“We have redoubled our sales activities and are expanding our product line in order to meet the expanding needs of credit card issuers,” Kinnelly continued. “Keith Ginsberg and William Davit bring to Incurrent a wealth of experience in selling to the banking and financial industries and they both understand the marketplace extremely well. Both will contribute to the growth of Incurrent by introducing new products to market as well as generating revenue from the products with which we have built our industry-leading track record.”
Continuing to focus sales force growth where major issuers are located, Ginsberg will carry on sales operations from the company’s New Jersey office, while Davit will be headquartered in Chicago. Ginsberg comes to Incurrent from CT Corporation, where he served as Account Executive and was responsible for the sale of compliance applications and services within financial institutions and banks. Davit most recently worked as marketing and sales consultant for Uponus Technologies, following a long career with Mobius Management Systems.
Kinnelly said both of the new executives bring unique backgrounds to Incurrent’s sales push. “Both are coming to Incurrent with a rich record of accomplishment in selling software products as part of large deals to complex organizations. We look forward to another profitable year, as we ended 2003 with over 3.5 million credit card enrollees, representing a 55% increase from the year before. We are very excited about our new product offerings and the value they’ll bring issuers,” Kinnelly added.
Founded in 1997, the Company numbers among its clients leading institutions such as MBNA Business Lending, Citibank, Target, Metris, Certegy and Fiserv.
