AEON Credit Service Bhd has become the first non financial
institution to provide its customers with an ATM network, setting a new benchmark in the consumer financing services industry.
AEON Credit said it was the only personal
finance provider to give its customers the added convenience of
immediate cash withdrawal after approval of their applications.
It said its ATM network enabled “AEON Cash” customers, who are AEON
Express and credit card members, to withdraw cash immediately upon
approval of their applications, taking only 30 minutes.
“The AEON ATM network is an extension of our commitment in instilling
excellent standards in customer service and the highest level of
convenience for our customers,” says Naruhito Kuroda, managing director
of AEON Credit.
“We are confident that the introduction of this new dimension to our
AEON Cash will strengthen our brand value.”
Kuroda was confident that AEON Cash would achieve over 100% sales growth
for the financial year ending February 2008 through its enhanced
customer service efforts.
