Citibank Bhd has launched the “Everyone’s A Winner” campaign in an
effort to make it easier for its credit card customers to collect
guaranteed reward points.
The promotion, which runs from March 1 to May 31, entitles current and
new cardholders to win points by charging a minimum of RM50 on a single
receipt for eight different transactions a month.
“Feedback from our customers based on the previous campaign indicated
that a large number of them would participate in a campaign that offers
guaranteed rewards instead of contests.
“This concept fits well with Citibank’s overall credit card strategy
that promotes brand loyalty,” Citibank cards business director Vipin
Agrawal said in a statement.
Following the success of its previous campaign “Guaranteed to Win”,
Vipin said the reward points multiplier under the current promotion had
been increased from eight to 12 times.
“With this program, we are not only encouraging customers to
consolidate all their purchases on Citibank credit cards but we are also
rewarding existing loyal customers,” he added.
“Everyone’s A Winner” promotion is open to all Citibank credit card
customers who participate via short messaging service and is applicable
to all retail purchases.
