Development Bank(SPDB) launch the JAL SPDB co-branded credit card on 6th
March 2007.
JAL SPDB co-branded credit card that obtained China Union Pay and JCB
functions make it easy to enjoy expenditure around the world. You can
easily earn JMB Mileage for award ticket from JAL traveling to Japan and
other parts of the world with ease and fun from each expense. Upon
successful application of JAL SPDB co-branded credit card, you will
receive 5,000 JMB Mileage for free.

Eligibility: Aged over 25, resident in China (excluding Hong Kong,
Macau, and Taiwan)
You can use China Union Pay network and RMB Clearing Service when using
the credit card within China; USD Clearing Service is applicable when
you are using JCB card function outside China. Upon successful
application of JAL SPDB co-branded credit card before 31st August 2007,
you will receive 5,000 JMB Mileage for free.
You will earn 1 mile for every CNY15 (or USD1) card spending.
Annual fee: Principle Member RMB400 (Family Member (over 18) RMB200)
