NCR Corporation, the leading automated teller machine (ATM) manufacturer
in the country and worldwide, has secured a contract from Hong Kong and
Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) to manage its fleet of off-site ATM
centers in the Western and Southern regions of India.
NCR will provide HSBC first-and second-line maintenance, caretaker
services, site maintenance, consumables supply and management besides
and cash replenishment services. With NCR’s customized end-to-end
solution for ATM channel management, the bank will be empowered to
provide its customers enhanced service.
Speaking on the contract,* *Mr. Nicholas Winsor, Head Personal Financial

The Managed Services contract with HSBC will ensure that the bank does
not have to spend time and precious in-house resources on day-to-day
operational management of its ATM network.
