Stuart Mackenzie has been named Director of Global Services at Fraud
Management Technologies (FMT), a leading provider of E-Application
Intelligence and online fraud prevention solutions. He will be based in
England.
An expert in global e-commerce fraud mitigation, Mr. Mackenzie will
oversee the strategy, development and implementation of services for
partners and clients. He also will assist with the expansion of FMT
alliances and business growth.

Mr. Mackenzie previously oversaw e-commerce fraud prevention strategies
in GE Money’s Global Fraud Management team, implementing leading-edge
anti-phishing and e-fraud risk solutions.
Before that, he served as Remote Channel Fraud Strategy and Policy
Manager at Barclays Bank where he pioneered anti-fraud solutions in
response to the emergence of phishing and delivered 3D Secure technology
to Barclaycard’s credit and debit card portfolios.
Mr. Mackenzie is a former member of APACS’ E-Banking Fraud Liaison Group
(the UK’s Association for Payment and Clearing Services), and won the
2005 Anti-Fraud Strategy of the Year honor at the UK’s Finance Sector
Technology Awards.
