Twenty-three additional casinos and gaming properties have signed agreements to offer their patrons state-of-the-art cash access services from Global Cash Access, Inc.
They join more than 1,000 casinos and other gaming properties around the world that rely on GCA’s comprehensive set of cash access products and services, which are designed to improve customers’ experiences, give them more convenient access to cash, streamline casino operations, help put more cash on the casino floor and help properties better serve, understand, attract and retain patrons. Among the services GCA provides are: fast, efficient credit card cash advance and debit card withdrawal transactions; ATM transactions; Web-based technologies for cashiers that streamline transactions and improve customer service; automated slot redemption kiosks; and access to a proprietary database of gaming patron credit history and transaction data that help casinos improve their credit-making decisions.
In addition, as GCA customers, the properties will be able to accept, and benefit from co-marketing opportunities presented by, the Arriva Card, the first credit card designed specifically for casino use. It gives experienced gaming patrons with strong credit histories more direct access to more cash, with terms that are more favorable than traditional credit cards’. Arriva Card, Inc. is a wholly owned GCA subsidiary.
