TAM & BANCO DO BRASIL

TAM and Banco do Brasil have signed a partnership that, starting next
week, will enable Banco do Brasil account holders with credit limits to
purchase airline tickets on the TAM website, for which to pay in
installments of up to 36 months. The installment payment option is now
to be available through the TAM website for individual customers with
accounts at Banco do Brasil with access to credit limits upon booking.
Connecting the traveler to the Banco do Brasil site after scheduling
their selected flight through TAM allows the user to select the number
of installment payments most convenient for him. The financial advantage
increases when a traveler plans his trip and buys the ticket in advance,
with a better chance of finding seats at attractive “promo” rates on
flights traveling at off-peak hours.

VISA CARGO

Visa has launched its “Visa Cargo” multi-functional commercial card with
prepaid functionality and an optional line of credit. Developed in
Brazil to address the needs of the truck transportation industry, “Visa
Cargo” allows shipping companies and cargo carriers to charge the value
of the freight directly to the card, provides the Visa Vale Pedagio
functionality for toll payments throughout the country using the same
plastic and replaces inefficient paper-based payment instruments like
the “Freight Letter.” “Visa Cargo” is accepted at more than 1.6 million
gas stations, restaurants, auto mechanic shops and tire store merchants.
Additional options allow for an extended warranty, purchase protection
and various types of insurance that can provide peace of mind for truck
drivers during their trips.

VIETIN BANK & JCB

With the number of Japanese visiting Vietnam having grown 21% in 3 years
to 390,000 in 2008, JCB International international payment announced
Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietin Bank)
credit card acquiring bank began fulfilling agreements originally signed
with JCB in 2007. In doing so, JCB cardmembers are now allowed to use
their JCB credit cards for purchases at approximately 3,500 Vietin Bank
merchants by March 2011. JCB and JCBI have been building acquiring
license agreements in Vietnam since first signing with Joint Stock
Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam in 1991. JCB has been
actively partnering with such banks as Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank,
Dong A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, and Sai Gon Thuong Tin Commercial
Joint Stock Bank, mainly to accommodate Japanese tourists.

AirPlus International corporate travel payment solutions has released
the November edition of “The WireÃ¢ÂÂ¦from AirPlus” focused on the proposed
U.S. Travel Promotion Act, of which more than 60% of respondents were
not aware. Additional findings show 29% were unsure of the details of
the Act; over 53% were unsure how the money collected would be used; and
73% felt that if implemented, the fees would be reciprocated for U.S.
travelers into other countries. “The WireÃ¢ÂÂ¦from AirPlus” is a monthly
report on the pulse of the industry and its relevant topics while the
November edition is based on a survey of 96 travel management
professionals in North America, Europe, Africa and Asia/Pacific.

TRINTECH 3Q/09

Trintech Group integrated financial governance, transaction risk
management, and compliance solutions has announced revenues of $10.0
million for 3Q/09, an adjusted EBITDA net income of $1.4 million and net
income for the quarter of $512,000. Revenue fell 1% while EBITDA was up
from a net income of $550,000 from the year ago period with cash
balances of $18.9 million having generated just over $1.0 million cash
for the Q3/10 fiscal year. Meanwhile, gross margin amounted to $6.7
million in Q3 of the 2010 fiscal year, representing 67% of revenue,
compared to $6.5 million representing 64% of revenue in Q3 of the prior
year. Total gross margin was $6.7 million, an increase of 3% from $6.5
million in the corresponding quarter in the prior year, and total
operating expenses for the third quarter ended October 31, 2009 were
$6.2 million, a decrease of 15% from $7.2 million in the corresponding
quarter in the prior year primarily due to headcount reductions and
lower salary costs. During the quarter, Trintech announced that Amplifon
(UK) had selected its “ReconNET” software for financial process
compliance, a component of Trintech’s Unity platform, and that OSM
Corporate Services selected its “AssureNET Express” software for
financial process compliance, a hosted component of Trintech’s Unity
platform.

Holiday Payment Card Spend Volume to Sink 7.5%

Based on numerous projections as well as the latest figures from Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, it appears that holiday related credit card purchases will fall nearly 14% and store credit card purchases will fall more than 9% for the the 2009 holiday season, while debit card purchases will rise about 10%. Survey after survey shows cash will be “King” this year. Americans are projected to use general purpose credit/debit cards and store credit cards to charge about $126 billion in retail purchases this holiday season, compared to $136 billion last year and $148 billion in 2007. The figures exclude travel, everyday and business expenses. The National Retail Federation forecasts that sales will decline to $437.6 billion for 2009, compared to $447.5 billion last year. Archstone Consulting found that holiday retail sales this year will likely decline 1.0% from the year-ago period, which saw a 2.8% Y/Y decline, representing the first back-to-back decline in holiday retail sales in the last four decades. The NRFâs 2009 “Holiday Consumer Intentions and Actions Survey” by BIGresearch, show U.S. consumers plan to spend an average of $682.74 on holiday-related shopping, 3.2% less Y/Y. A USAA survey found that 85% of consumers plan to use cash to make holiday purchases this year. MA-based Burst Media found that nearly 63% of consumers will cut back this year. The bright spot: The latest “American Express Spending & Saving Tracker” found that gift cards will be the gift of the season at 58% vs. all other gift selections. Radiant Systems Unveils New POS Systems

financial results for the three month period ending September 30, with
net losses having fell $1,132,279 by 66% from the year ago figure of
$3,351,972. This decrease is being attributed to a reduction in the
costs of Transaction Processing and our Selling, general and
administration expenses, which were $1,629,918, compared to the year ago
figure of $3,791,896 for the three months ended September 30, 2008, a
decrease of 57%. Cost of transaction processing and related revenue was
$203,846 for the three months ended September 30, 2009, compared to
$353,014 for the prior three months ended September 30, 2008, a decrease
of $149,168 or approximately 42%. The Company also reported a
significant increase in Hardware related revenue, which was $397,173 for
the quarter compared to $163,723 during the prior period for an increase
of approximately 143%.
