Ed Sullivan, the company’s Founder and CEO, will continue to serve the company as President of Aria Systems.

Mr. Morini’s most recent experience was as Head of Global Sales for SAP BusinessObjects, running a worldwide sales organization responsible for more than $1 billion dollars of revenue annually. Mr. Morini came to SAP through its acquisition of OutlookSoft, a leading provider of planning and performance management software, where he served as Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations for 6 years. He managed the company’s growth from 10 customers to more than 800 prior to the acquisition by SAP, with customer satisfaction above 99 percent.
