Retail Pro International and Seamless Receipts have partnered with Constant Contact to bridge the gap between securing email addresses from customers and transferring those email addresses into marketing databases. Integrations allow retailers to eliminate the process of manually extracting data from their POS system and move segmented customer lists directly to their Constant Contact Email Marketing database. Full customer name, address and phone number, as well as almost all other customer fields such as store credit, charge balance, and UDF fields can be exported from Retail Pro POS into Constant Contact, and with Seamless Receipts, retailers can deliver electronic receipts to customers, engaging them with branded communications and personalized promotions beyond the purchase.

Moneris Solutions credit and debit card processor launched its e-Select plus Mobile App, letting merchants accept credit card payments using their smartphones and capture sales. Merchants can obtain real-time authorization, send email receipts to customers, and generate reports on transaction history through their mobile devices. The bundled card reader accessory plugs into the audio port of the smartphone, allowing credit cards to be swiped for ease-of-use.
Mint Technology has signed a binding MoU with Carta Worldwide transaction processing to introduce its Mint Global Processing (MGP), 55% ownership to Mint and 45% to Carta Worldwide. Mint Global Processing will process Mint’s own prepaid and payroll card’s and in addition will be a full service, third-party transaction processing company capable of processing a range of mobile banking and other financial products throughout the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) for other financial institutions.
