Flint Mobile today announced the integration of its no-card-reader mobile payment app with Intuit’s QuickBooks Online, expediting end-to-end operations for small businesses that work outside traditional storefront environments. Two-minute setup, either from Apps.com or the user’s QuickBooks Online account, simply by following the wizard instructions.
Automatic hourly sync that updates the user’s QuickBooks Online account with all new Flint card, cash and check payments along with customer information, freeing users of manual data import and 24-hour waits for updates to appear as required by other solutions. Flint users can also click a button to sync on demand. Both options eliminate hours of manual data entry.
Automatic customer data mapping from Flint to QuickBooks Online, improving client management and saving time. For existing clients who are set up in QuickBooks, Flint automatically maps transactions to the appropriate customer by matching email addresses. If the email address is new, Flint creates a new customer in QuickBooks.
Line-by-line transaction visibility for detailed reporting, including individual line items from every recorded sale. Rather than simply migrating transaction totals like other solutions, Flint provides a complete record of every product or service sold as well as tax, tips and discounts, and allows users to customize reporting in QuickBooks Online.
