Melissa Gargagliano has been appointed head of Commercial Cards, Global Transaction Services (GTS) EMEA for Bank of America. She has end-to-end responsibility for product management, new business growth, sales support and account management for the region’s Commercial Cards platform.
She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2005 as a Quality and Productivity executive for Global Learning and MBNA, the company’s consumer cards division. Gargagliano has relocated to London from the company’s U.S.-based Global Commercial Cards team, where, for the past three years, she worked as a global Business Risk and Innovations executive and prior to this, a global product head.
BofA notes over the past four years, they have increased their EMEA footprint from 10 to 26 countries.
