Visa is going all out to encourage Americans to enroll for its new single log-in online shopping payment service, Visa Checkout. Visa and Pizza Hut are offering one million free pizzas for users of Visa Checkout. Visa previously announced a promotion with 1-800-FLOWERS.COM offering 18 free roses to NFL fans.
The first one million fans to buy a large pizza for delivery at PizzaHut.com and pay with Visa Checkout, will receive a free large one-topping pizza redeemable on their next online order.
Visa is kicked off its national television advertising campaign with Pizza Hut on Sunday, Sept. 7th featuring professional surfer Kolohe Andino paying for a Pizza Hut order using Visa Checkout while riding a tube wave. The live-action spot was directed by Doug Liman, and ends with a Pizza Hut delivery mid-ocean.
Visa is also unveiling a new television commercial, “One-Handed Catch,” which illustrates the ease and simplicity of using Visa Checkout, while extending the reach of Visa’s new brand positioning, “Everywhere You Want to Be.”The new spot will air on Sunday, Sept. 14.

In support of Visa Checkout, launched , Visa has unveiled a multi-million dollar North American consumer marketing blitz. The campaign will include national television and digital advertising, social engagement programs, retailer promotions, and client activation programs
Merchants that accept Visa Checkout includes Neiman Marcus, Pizza Hut and 1-800-FLOWERS.COM.
Visa Checkout was launched in July.
