Chris Harvey leads the YapStone client services team and is responsible for the onboarding and ongoing management of YapStone partners and clients. In this role, Chris brings over 20 years of experience building and mentoring best-of-breed support organizations.
He also oversees the Customer Service Center, Trust & Safety team and European Operations.
Prior to YapStone, Chris was the Vice President of Customer Satisfaction at Intransa, where he was responsible for all Technical Support, Supply Chain and IT activities.
Before Intransa, Chris built the highly regarded Customer Support organization at zazzle.com from the ground up.
Chris also held executive management positions at Silicon Valley startups.
Chris holds a BS in business administration from the University of San Francisco and an MBA from Golden Gate University.
