CO-based CPI Card Group, a specialist in financial and EMV chip card production and related services, has ankled two key executives.David Brush will lead Finance, IT and Project Management Organization (PMO) activities for CPI and Lisa Jacoba will serve as Chief Human Resources Officer.
With more than 25 years executive experience in global markets, Brush most recently served as managing partner of Idris Capital Partners, a financial and operational advisory firm. Throughout his career, Brush has gained extensive experience in all aspects of business operations, business development, strategic planning and financial management.
Brush’s previous roles included group executive and president of Power Transmission at Rexnord Corporation, a global industrial company, and vice president and general manager of Specialty Packaging at Pactiv Corporation, a multi-national manufacturer of packaging and consumer products.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources in global companies, Ms. Jacoba most recently served as the senior vice president (SVP) of human resources for Western Union’s Business Solutions division in London, England.
Ms. Jacoba had key roles of progressively greater responsibility at Western Union with strong experience in strategic planning, talent acquisition and retention, change management, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, compensation policy and program design. Prior to Western Union, Ms. Jacoba was the SVP of human resources for First Data Corporation, where she provided strategic HR leadership for the company’s global information technology and operations divisions.
