EVO Payments International has unveiled an integrated EMV implementation strategy to fast track EMV migration efforts for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and retailers worldwide.
EVO’s integrated strategy is aimed at providing secure, rapid EMV enablement to the ISV channel on a worldwide basis and incorporates PCI-compliant transaction processing – including tokenization and point-to-point encryption (P2PE) – with support for chip and contactless payments designed to meet all EMV level 3 compliance requirements for payment processing in the U.S. and Europe.
To fast track integration efforts for ISVs, EVO announced a three-pronged implementation approach that includes direct-connect web services APIs for select partners bringing their own hardware, pre-certified software and hardware bundles for iOS, Windows and Android POS developers using EVO’s new Commerce Driver SDK, and cross-platform inter-operability with strategic third-party partners – led by Handpoint’s integration to EVO Snap.
Through Handpoint’s integration to EVO Snap, partners operating on the Handpoint platform can access EVOs global processing capabilities and streamlined merchant activation processes.
