Toast just signed their 1,000th customer. Since their product first became available two years ago, the company has quickly gained traction, growing 550% year-over-year. Toast was founded by three entrepreneurial MIT graduates who met at Endeca, a data management company acquired by Oracle for $1 billion in 2011.
