U.S. Bank’s Elavon and Costco have agreed to extend their relationship to offer payment processing solutions to Costco’s array of small to mid-size business customers.
The payment processing program for Costco members includes point-of-sale, mobile and eCommerce solutions, all of which offer top-tier security technology such as EMV as well as adherence to PCI compliance requirements. Costco Members can obtain program services via Costco.com and in Costco warehouses.
Elavon provides dedicated member service and support according to Costco’s high standards.
Elavon is wholly owned by U.S. Bancorp and provides end-to-end payment processing solutions and services to more than 1.3 million customers in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Puerto Rico.
Costco currently operates 671 warehouses, including 474 in the United States and Puerto Rico, 88 in Canada, 34 in Mexico, 26 in the United Kingdom, 20 in Japan, 11 in Korea, 10 in Taiwan, seven in Australia and one in Spain.
