Goldman, Sachs & Co., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as the lead book running managers and Barclays Capital Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Jefferies LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering.
