Chicago-based Arroweye Solutions has ankled Betty Mitchell as vice president of client engagement. She is responsible for leading a team of Arroweye client partners who implement, manage, and grow client programs.
Before joining Arroweye, Mitchell spent more than 10 years in key positions at Wildcard and eFunds, and then as vice president of operations at FIS, where she oversaw client services, operations, and vendor management.
In her new role, Mitchell will serve as the primary management contact and client liaison, and will manage client development and execution of growth plans. Research shows that personalized marketing is more important than ever, and Mitchell will help Arroweye’s clients get the most out of the company’s patented on-demand solutions to deliver timely, personalized card solutions and related marketing programs.
