Minneapolis-based Digital River has signed a strategic alliance agreement with Japan’s NIPPON SYSTEMWARE (NSW), an e-commerce solutions providers.
Together, the companies intend to help international branded manufacturers and digital publishers bridge the East and West by expanding their cross-border businesses and providing access to a combined suite of localized e-commerce and e-marketing solutions.
NSW has been offering e-commerce solutions to help branded manufacturers and digital publishers expand their online businesses in the Japanese market for more than 15 years.
NSW specializes in developing and managing Japanese online stores. This includes handling new shopper acquisition activities, integrating mobile and back-end applications with e-commerce platforms, providing analytics solutions, and processing back-office administration functions.
Founded in 1994, Digital River provides a full-service, cloud-based e-commerce solution designed to support the worldwide marketing and sale of digital products and physical goods.
