ALLIED – Allied Wallet has engaged BofA Merrill Lynch to act as its financial advisor in connection with its exploration of potential strategic opportunities including a private placement or an initial public offering in 2016.
SYNAPTICS – Synaptics inked an agreement with Nok Nok Labs™ to enable OEMs with real-world test and development environments that combine FIDO Certified Synaptics and Nok Nok Labs solutions. The partnership reduces the complexity of FIDO certification for Synaptics’ customers. Using Nok Nok Labs servers and software permits Synaptics and OEMs to verify FIDO enabled devices in real-world authentication scenarios.
VINDICIA – Vindicia announced BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the BBC, has chosen Vindicia’s CashBox solution to manage ecommerce on BBC Store, a new direct-to-consumer retail platform that enables audiences to buy and keep copies of their favorite BBC TV programs. BBC Store will be integrated with the BBC’s catch up service, BBC iPlayer, enabling consumers to search, purchase and watch BBC content in one single journey.
TCF – TCF has inked a renewal of its contract with First Data Corporation to provide payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). First Data is a global leader in commerce-enabling technology and solutions and its suite of services provide best-in-class payment processing solutions to TCF Bank’s SMB customers.
