PA-based Member Solutions is rolling-out a brand-new Point of Sale (POS) module for its myVolo online business management software.
Member Solutions provides full-service membership billing, payment processing, business management software and advisory services for Martial Arts, Fitness and Health-related businesses.
The release features an overhauled POS interface — bringing a completely new look and feel to the sales process. When making a sale in the software, users are now guided through an entire sales transaction step-by-step on a single page to make selling products, services and membership contracts much quicker and easier than before.
Also included in the latest release is the ability to manage multiple invoices in one simple step and quickly sell new member contracts on a new, single transaction page.
In addition to the new Point of Sale module, users benefit from a full set of management tools including: real-time session scheduling capabilities, a start-to-finish lead management system, member check-in and attendance tracking, staff payroll automation, integrated credit card processing, automated email and text messaging, and an online portal where members can book appointments, purchase sessions, and pay for services online.
myVolo also comes with flexible membership billing options. Software users can bill members on their own through integrated credit card and bank draft billing, or choose to integrate the software with Member Solutions’ Level One PCI-compliant payment processing platform that includes a full suite of billing and servicing options for businesses and their members.
Development of myVolo software will continue at an aggressive pace. In the coming months, Member Solutions will release several enhancements and new features including: member check-in module improvements, a built-in employee time clock, and a new mobile app where members can book classes, receive notifications and reminders, and check-in through the app.
