I2C — i2c, a provider of smarter payments and integrated commerce solutions, and TIS, a payments solution provider supporting the end-to-end IT needs of banks and card issuers in Japan and Asia, inked a strategic partnership to standardize prepaid payment solutions on the i2c processing platform. Under terms of the multi-year partnership, TIS will adopt the i2c platform as its standard for prepaid card processing and expand its use to support credit and debit card payment processing in key Asian markets in the near future.
COF – Capital One and Helzberg Diamonds inked another multi-year extension of the private label credit card program agreement. The partnership lets Helzberg provide multiple financing options to best meet a wide variety of consumer purchasing desires.
TELENOR – Telenor, the second largest mobile network operator in Hungary introduced a new, important and useful feature for its Telenor Wallet application available free of charge for Android and IOS users. Now the app also supports MasterPass, the MasterCard digital payment solution that allows customers to buy the things they want quickly, simply and anywhere they are. The introduction of the new feature is unique as Telenor Wallet (by Telenor Hungary) is the first MNO integrating MasterPass functionality into their wallet.
BILLTRUST – Billtrust, a specialist in Payment Cycle Management, announced the acquisition of C-TABS, a California-based SaaS data management solutions provider specializing in the heavy equipment, food services, education, manufacturing and financial industries. The acquisition brings together Billtrust’s Payment Cycle Management solution, which automates and accelerates the invoice-to-cash process, with C-TABS electronic invoice presentment and payment (EIPP) solutions. The combination of these two market leaders will mean richer solutions for their respective clients.
