CMS – A group of investors including GCP Capital Partners, Western Heritage Capital, and Performance Equity Management have acquired a significant stake in Complete Merchant Solutions, a provider of merchant acquisition services, credit card/debit card transaction processing services, and payment solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
CA – CA Technologies reports Nationwide, a member-owned UK financial institution, has implemented its payment security suite to strike the right balance between eCommerce security and cardholder convenience. Nationwide relies on CA’s payment security offerings to help implement a new multi-layered security approach to accurately verify cardholders in real-time, build trust and extend brand loyalty. The solution also helps Nationwide to reduce the cost of credit and debit card operations.
