BLUESNAP – BlueSnap released the Cleanse Report to help merchants analyze their sales traffic and develop an action plan to optimize their sales funnel. So much effort goes into converting shoppers into buyers – advertising, marketing, website and checkout page localization, payments optimization – but it’s wasted when transactions are declined, refunded, charged back, or stopped for fraud. By combining payments data from the Powered Buy Platform™ and shopper data from Kount’s fraud engine, we are able to give merchants a much deeper understanding of the consumers they are attracting to their site.
NCR – NCR reports Bankia Spain, the fourth largest bank in Spain, will upgrade its ATM network with more than 600 NCR SelfServ 34 and NCR SelfServ 32 cash deposit ATMs in the course of 2016. The decision was made following a thorough evaluation process, highlighted by NCR’s technical excellence and level of service. The upgrade project is part of Bankia’s long term strategic plan to improve customer experience as well as operational efficiencies by diverting typical transactions to its self-service channels.
PROGREXION – Progrexion, a specialist in credit report repair services for consumers in the United States, has announced that it will begin providing FICO Scores to customers of its consumer brands.
TSYS – TSYS has inked an agreement with Featurespace, a global leader in adaptive behavioral analytics, that will reduce fraud for its clients with a revolutionary machine learning software platform — the ARICSM engine — that monitors every individual — one customer at a time — to deliver real-time decision capabilities.
