TNS – Transaction Network Services (TNS) has launched a dual diverse network for its dial payments traffic, giving acquirers full redundancy and fail over capabilities through one supplier relationship.The service, which is now live across the US and Canada, provides two different and distinct networks to carry dial payment transactions and utilizes multiple telecommunications firms.
FISERV – Fiserv announced that Badlands Federal Credit Union, based in Glendive, Montana, and Danville City Employees Federal Credit Union, based in Danville, Virginia, have selected integrated OnCU core account processing solution suites from Fiserv. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution suites will be customized for each credit union with digital capabilities that fuel an enhanced member experience.
PERK – Perk has bought out the remaining EBITDA based earn-out obligations owing by Perk.com Canada Inc. (“Perk Canada”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, to Orion Foundry (Canada) Inc. (“Orion”) pursuant to the asset purchase agreement entered into between Perk Canada and Orion on April 13, 2015 (the “Asset Purchase Agreement”) at 53% of the face value of such obligations.
DR – Digital River is a finalist for the Retail Systems Awards for Online Solution of the Year. The ecommerce provider is being recognized for a global, multi-faceted site optimization program its digital agency, MarketForce, performed for one of its clients, a global leader in cloud infrastructure and business mobility. The program was designed to improve the overall user experience for shoppers and included unique testing methods and site optimization techniques that successfully reduced cart confusion, removed barriers to completing a purchase and ultimately generated more sales.
