Eurasian Bank announced its new mobile banking service through Monitise Create. The full-service, multi-language mobile banking app is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android to the Bank’s customer base that will exceed one million this year, with iPad and Windows Phone versions to follow. Monitise Create was approached by Eurasian Bank to define, create, develop and launch a mobile banking proposition to reflect the bank’s position as a key financial services innovator in Central Asia. The app, available in Russian, Kazakh and English, will provide all Eurasian Bank’s retail banking customers with access to transaction history for multiple accounts, intra-account transfers, bill payments, the option to apply for credit, block transactions and an ATM, branch and POS finder.

Compass Plus retail banking software and electronic payments systems announced Alfa-Bank has launched its processing center into commercial operation based on the TranzWare product suite from Compass Plus. The in-house processing center lets Alfa-Bank develop its retail banking business, including payment cards. The project implemented TranzWare CMS, TranzWare Online, TranzWare Card Factory, TranzWare Messaging Gate, which provide the full functionality of the processing center.

development strategy for card business growth through its in-house
processing center. In doing so, “SmartVista” will provide card business
automation with end-to-end integrated software modules, an entire cycle
of Visa magstripe, EMV cards issuing and acquiring, a stage by stage
migration of the bank’s card business from a third party processor,
integration with the sponsor’s processing center, flexible integration
with other systems and scalability. Tsesnabank has19 branches and 59

Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan has implemented CR2’s multichannel, self-
service solution, “BankWorld”, for the bank’s ATM, Internet, kiosk, and
mobile phone customer service channels. “BankWorld” Internet sites have
increased by over 100% since last year and for Halyk Bank, the CR2
solution will allow customers to personalize their self service products
and services. Subsequently, this is projected to create an increase in
selling and customer satisfaction. This development comes at the end of a
successful, CR2 fiscal year reflecting a license sales increase of 40% on
the previous year with new customers from around the globe.
