Isis’ latest Mobile Wallet is now available to consumers for download in the Google Play app store and at thousands of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless retail stores nationwide. The Isis Mobile Wallet allows customers to pay at contactless payment terminals, and to save money through special offers and loyalty cards at participating merchants – all from their Isis Ready® smartphone. The Isis Mobile Wallet allows consumers to shop and pay using their mobile phone, by securely storing virtual versions of a customer’s participating credit or prepaid cards, as well as coupons and merchant loyalty cards. To use the Isis Mobile Wallet, customers simply select a payment card and tap their smartphone on the point-of-sale terminal. The redesigned Isis Mobile Wallet features a simplified user interface with a clean, white background and easy-to-navigate toolbars. Isis Mobile Wallet users can get 20 percent back every time they tap to pay using their American Express Serve Account for up to $200 in statement credits.
American Express and Isis announced that they will introduce American Express Serve to the Isis Mobile Wallet. The new co-branded account will be offered in every Isis Mobile Wallet as a part of a nationwide launch later this year, enabling millions of Americans to tap and pay using their American Express Serve account. By adding American Express Serve to the Wallet, customers will be able to pay bills online and send money to friends and family. They will also be able to add cash to their American Express Serve account or fund it using an existing bank account, any credit or debit card or through direct deposit. The Isis Mobile Wallet NFC technology allows consumers to pay, redeem coupons and present loyalty cards with their mobile phones. American Express’ U.S. Consumer and OPEN® Small Business Cards are currently available in the Isis Mobile Wallet.
Barclaycard and American Express agreed to expand the scope of their current global relationships with Barclaycard becoming an American Express card issuing partner in the UK. Building on their existing relationships, this partnership will enable Barclaycard card acceptance on the American Express global network in the UK. Barclaycard and American Express currently have a number of business relationships around the world, including in the U.S for card issuing, and the UK for acceptance of payments. Barclaycard and American Express will commence product development during 2013.
American Express and Isis mobile commerce JV between AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless partnered to make American Express’ “OPEN” Small Business and Serve Cards available in the Isis “Mobile Wallet”. American Express Cardmembers will be able to shop, tap and pay with their mobile device equipped with Near Field Communications (NFC) technology. American Express is adding its Cards to the Isis mobile wallet to connect its merchant network with Cardmembers and create a secure shopping experience. The “Serve” platform is American Express’ new digital payments and commerce platform and its addition into the Isis Mobile Wallet opens the door to new customer segments who can benefit from the service and security of American Express.
Chase, Capital One and Barclaycard have entered into agreements with Isis enabling their credit, debit and prepaid cards to be placed into the Isis “Mobile Wallet.” Starting in mid-2012, consumers will be able to load their eligible Chase, Capital One and Barclaycard cards into their Isis Mobile Wallet and shop at participating merchants. The Isis “Mobile Wallet” will provide consumers a convenient and secure way to pay, redeem coupons and present loyalty credentials through a tap of their phone. Chase, Capital One and Barclaycard will tailor their cardholder service experience within the Isis Mobile Wallet to reflect their respective brands and ensure a seamless and secure experience across physical cards and mobile platforms.

Isis mobile commerce joint venture between AT&T Mobility, T-Mobile USA and Verizon Wireless, announced Austin, Texas is among the initial launch markets for the Isis mobile commerce program. Austin merchants and consumers are expected to be among the first in the U.S. to adopt a comprehensive mobile commerce experience in 2012.
