VSECU Selects uMonitor Processing Suite

ACI Worldwide Q3 Profits Double Sequentially

Electronic payment systems software provider ACI Worldwide reported
revenue of $108.6 million in the third quarter, a 28% gain over the
prior-year period. Net income for the quarter was $1.7 million compared
to net loss of $1.3 million during 3Q/07. At the end of the third
quarter, there was an estimated 60-month backlog of $1.4 billion
compared to $1.3 billion one-year ago. During the quarter, ACI signed
two new “BASE24-eps” sales in Korea and in Malaysia; landed sales in
Poland, Hungary, France, Dubai, United Kingdom and Nigeria for
“BASE24-eps,” “BASE24-atm,” “ACI Proactive Risk Manager,” and “ACI Smart
Chip Manager”; and added 23 new applications to existing customer
relationships ranging from “ACI Retail Commerce Server” to “ACI
Proactive Risk Manager for Enterprise Risk to Smart Chip Manager.”
ACI continues to expect full year 2008 sales between $430 million and

ACI ENTERPRISE BANKER

E-payment platform provider ACI Worldwide announced that Societe Generale is
using “ACI Enterprise Banker” as the online banking product for the
business banking activities of its North American clients. Societe
Generale is implementing Enterprise Banker modules for Information
Reporting, Wire Transfer and Wire Reporting, Special Reports, ACH, Stop
Payments, Positive Pay and Remote Deposit Capture. Societe Generale is
one of the largest banks in the euro-zone in terms of assets
under custody, EUR 2 731 billion and under
management, EUR 391 billion, as of March 2008.

SPOTLIGHT FINANCIAL PLATFORM

Platform” for its electronic payment solution. Moreover, with this

information, to its online banking software users. A key legacy of this
agreement is allowing banks to extend their brand with more exposure
and the eventual provision of mobile remittance solutions. mFoundry
mobile application platform provider offers mobile banking and payments
to consumers across the U.S. while ACI Worldwide provides electronic
payment processing, risk management and automating systems to over
800 customer clients in 86 countries.

ACI and Parsam Technologies Integrate Solutions

ACI Worldwide and TN-based Parsam have announced a partnership that will combine ACI’s leading online banking products, ACI “Enterprise Banker” and ACI “Enterprise Enrollments”, with uMonitor’s “uOpen & uFund”, the online account opening and funding solution, and “uTransfer”, the account-to-account money transfer solution. The solutions will integrate account opening services with ACI’s enrollment services, to enhance the online and branch channels, enabling financial institutions to begin selling more aggressively online and make the process for applying for a new account much easier. This partnership will allow financial institutions to more effectively leverage the online channel, not only for customer self-service, but also for online product sales. ACI is an international provider of solutions for banking, retail and cross-industry systems.
