CU Business Group business services for credit unions is set to partner BankServ to provide mobile remote deposit, mobile banking, remote deposit capture and a variety of payment solutions to credit unions for their business members. With this, BankServ’s mobile RDC platform and mobile banking app available at a discount to CUBG’s more than 375 member credit unions in 43 states. GTCR has agreed to acquire a majority stake in BServ SaaS provider offering financial services and banking technology that facilitates electronic corporate payments and bank-to-bank payment transactions. Dave Keenan has joined Fiserv financial services technology solutions as its GM, ACCEL/Exchange payments network. He also served as managing director of Loyalty Marketing at United Airlines, where he was responsible for its loyalty program and corporate marketing partnerships. The U.S. Fund for UNICEF selected BankServ’s “Mobilescape” mobile payment devices to process transactions at a variety of events over the past year and make a donation using a credit or debit card.
