Visa U.S. payment card (credit + debit) CDV for 3Q/15 was up 3.2%. MasterCard U.S. payment card (credit + debit) CDV for 3Q/15 was up 8.0%.

MasterCard’s (MC) Asia Pacific – Middle East – Africa (APMEA) region Q2/15 FX-adjusted Purchase Dollar Volume (PDV) is expected to dip to 14.6% for the third quarter, according to RAM Research. MC’s APMEA region Q2/15 FX-adjusted PDV rose year-on-year (YOY) by 15.4% in the second quarter, according to CardData.

U.S. cash dollar volume (CDV) for Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards rose 5.2% year-on-year (YOY) in the second quarter (Q2/15) and 5.2% sequentially. MasterCard racked up an 8.0% YOY gain, compared to Visa’s 4.1% gain, driven by MasterCard’s aggressive prepaid push.
