Fiserv announced today that United Credit Union has selected the CUnify account processing platform from Fiserv. United will add CheckFree RXP from Fiserv and the Popmoney person-to-person (P2P) payment service. United chose CUnify for its reliability and state-of-the-art relational database foundation to streamline workflows, improve overall performance and provide seamless payments integration. The changing payment preferences of the members at United indicated the need for electronic personal payments capabilities. New to members, United will offer the ability to make person-to-person payments via Popmoney, which was selected for its security and ease of use. Following implementation, members will have the ability to securely send, receive and request money to/from individuals for purposes such as making a last-minute rent payment, sending money to a family member in an emergency, or paying a small business or service provider upon completion of a project.

Fiserv financial services technology announced that Finger Lakes Federal Credit Union (Finger Lakes FCU) enhanced its digital banking and payment capabilities through the addition of multiple solutions from Fiserv. These include Corillian Online® and Mobiliti™ for online and mobile banking, AllData® PFM for personal financial management, and CheckFree® RXP® and Popmoney® for bill payment and person-to-person (P2P) payments. Finger Lakes FCU, which is seeing increased use of its electronic channels, is using the new technology to position the credit union to grow in a competitive market. By offering both Corillian Online and Mobiliti, Finger Lakes FCU delivers a convenient, consistent experience across the online and mobile channels.
Fiserv, Inc. this morning announced it has added several innovative features to its flagship CheckFree(R) RXP(R) electronic bill payment service, incorporating gamification principles to make the bill payment process more intuitive and engaging. The addition of three game-inspired elements – a progress bar, tutorial elements and a gradual introduction of more advanced capabilities – is designed to boost adoption and use of electronic bill payment among online banking users. A number of changes have been made to restructure the CheckFree RXP user interface to deliver a cleaner, more modern and intuitive user experience. Several gamification techniques – taking elements of electronic games, such as how they flow or how they are designed, and applying them to non-game applications – were used in order to instill confidence in the user during their first interaction with the product.
Fiserv announced OnPoint Community Credit Union is deploying the full-featured suite of digital banking services from Fiserv. This includes “Corillian Online” for online banking, Mobiliti and Mobiliti: Tablet for mobile and tablet banking and AllData PFM for personal financial management. The credit union has also added advanced money movement options including faster bill payments via “CheckFree RXP,” money transfers between institutions via “TransferNow” and person-to-person payments via “Popmoney.” OnPoint worked closely with Fiserv to tightly integrate the new digital banking capabilities into existing OnPoint systems, and to customize the solutions where needed to meet member needs. As a result, members are experiencing new conveniences, such as the ability to see all account balances in one place, as well as the implementation of a single password for online, mobile and tablet banking.
Fiserv announced First National Bank of Long Island (FNBLI)- a client since 1987- implemented its Common Origination Platform to meet its consumer, business and mortgage lending needs. Common Origination Platform from Fiserv is a single-platform solution that gives lenders a holistic view of their borrowers across all lending channels and products, aggregating data in one place regardless of the point of origination or loan type. FNBLI selected an ASP delivery model for Common Origination Platform. FNBLI also relies Fiserv Common Origination Platform and Signature with such solutions as CheckFree RXP, CheckFree Small Business, ConvergeIT, Risk OfficeSM, UChoose Rewards, Debit Processing, PEP+ and the Accel payments network.
Fiserv announced that Black Hills Federal Credit Union of South Dakota enlisted its “Corillian Online” and “Mobiliti” digital banking services as part of an overhaul of its digital brand, including its website and online and mobile banking capabilities. This includes the integrated capabilities with bill presentment and payment through “CheckFree RXP” and person-to-person payments through Popmoney from Fiserv. According to the credit union, the new online capabilities have already been well received. In the first 90 days following the launch, more than 1,600 new users enrolled in online banking, and more than half of those also began using online bill pay. Black Hills deployed Campaign Manager from Fiserv to build and execute online marketing campaigns specifically tailored to each individual’s financial needs.
Fiserv announced that Community First Credit Union renewed and expanded its relationship with Fiserv. The $1.7 billion credit union is a longtime user of DataSafe® account processing platform from Fiserv and has added Fiserv solutions for digital channels including Virtuoso™ for online banking, CheckFree® RXP® for bill delivery and payments and Mobiliti™ for mobile banking. DataSafe offers credit unions scalable, integrated account processing technology with flexible deployment options. The database within the platform offers a full view of member information across the enterprise. Community First uses Virtuoso from Fiserv to provide a highly personalized home banking experience that is cost effective and easy for the credit union to manage and customize. Meanwhile, through the capabilities of CheckFree RXP and Mobiliti from Fiserv, members will have mobile banking capabilities such as account balance access, an ATM locator and alerts, as well as the addition of payment capabilities. The Mobiliti mobile banking service integrates with the credit union’s CheckFree RXP bill payment service, making it possible for customers to securely pay bills through their mobile device.
