Dallas-based Alliance Data Systems reported third quarter revenue increased 20.5% year-on-year (YOY) to $1589 million. However, net income for 3Q/15 declined 20.9%to $130.4 million.
Naples, FL-based ACI Worldwide reported third quarter revenue of $238.7 million, a 4.2% decline from 3Q/14. Net income for 3Q/14 of $14.78 million also declined by 6.1% from $15.73 million one-year ago.
Wirecard reports consolidated revenues grew by 29.3% in the nine months ending September 30. Sales revenues increased in the nine month period 2015 by 27.5% to EUR 541.0 million.
CA-based prepaid card specialist Green Dot reported financial reported consolidated GAAP and non-GAAP total operating revenues of $146.4 million and $146.5 million, respectively, following the major loss of MoneyPak. Green Dot generated net cash from operations of $114 million year to date.
Visa and Visa Europe have inked a definitive agreement for Visa to acquire Visa Europe, creating a single global company. The transaction consists of upfront consideration of €16.5 billion with the potential for an additional earn-out of up to €4.7 billion payable following the fourth anniversary of closing, for a total value of up to €21.2 billion.

UK-based Worldpay is now valued at US$9.2 billion and Ingenico rumored is seriously considering gobbling up the payments firm. Worldpay is owned buyout firms Advent International Corp. and Bain Capital.
Wirecard reported revenues increased in the first half of 2015 by 26.5% to EUR 340.1 million. In the second quarter of 2015, consolidated revenues increased by 26.7% to EUR 180.7 million. Transaction volumes processed through the Wirecard platform rose in comparison to the first half of 2014 by 30.3 percent to EUR 20.2 billion.
