Fiserv announced that Valero Retail Holdings deployed its “CorPoint: Deposit Manager” cash management solution for use in the company’s North American retail stores. This allows Valero to deploy an armored-carrier agnostic remote cash capture solution and select smart-safe hardware devices that best meet the needs of its retail stores. The “CorPoint” platform will provide Valero near real-time information delivered from smart safes in Valero retail stores to the company’s central site to ensure consistent accounting and bank reconciliation procedures are maintained.
INDYCAR entered multi-year agreements with Discover Network and First Bankcard of the First National Bank of Omaha to offer a credit card program designed to provide rewards to fans, and with Segmint to deliver the digital analytics for the INDYCAR Discover credit card program. INDYCAR Discover credit card cardmembers can redeem accumulated reward points for exclusive experiences, including VIP access to Victory Lane at the Indianapolis 500 and breakfast with legends of the sport. Cardmembers can choose from a vintage look highlighting the start of the 1960 Indianapolis 500 or a modern look featuring the sleek 2012 IZOD IndyCar Series car.
Bosselman convenience stores and travel centers has inked agreements allowing Cardtronics to provide ATM services at 24 of its 42 Pump & Pantry convenience stores across Nebraska. Bosselman will own and maintain the 24 ATMs, which are being purchased from Cardtronics, while Cardtronics will provide ATM Managed Services, including transaction processing through its company-owned processing network. TX-based Cardtronics non-bank owner of ATMs operates over 33,700 ATMs across its portfolio, with ATMs in every major market in the United States and in the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, approximately 2,800 ATMs throughout the United Kingdom, and more than 2,900 ATMs throughout Mexico.
Ohio-based The Andersons retail stores and GE Money have signed an agreement to extend its 10 year relationship with The Andersons Credit Card consumer financing program. The Andersons Credit Card offers consumers an option to earn 2 percent reward certificates on every purchase, 90-day, 6-month and 12-month deferred payment and deferred interest on specified levels of purchase, no annual fee, and a 25-day grace period on all new purchases. A Contractors Card also is available. The Andersons has six large retail stores that offer extensive traditional home center merchandise along with a broad array of products including lawn and garden, house wares and work wear. The stores also feature a unique offering of high-quality fresh foods including produce, deli, bakery, specialty gourmet foods, frozen and fresh meats and one of the largest selections of fine wines in the Midwest. Total revenues in 2006 were $1.5 billion.
