Infonox and Elan Financial Services have partnered to develop the “PASS+” self-service financial services kiosk that will be provided to financial institutions, ISOs and retail partners, utilizing the Infonox “Active Payment Platform” in conjunction with transaction processing from Elan Financial Services.
Infonox has partnered with PayMate to develop a suite of mobile payment products for the US market. With this alliance, the existing businesses on Infonox platform, which include major merchant acquirers, financial service aggregators and banks, will have the instant ability to offer their branded transaction services on cell phones. The initial multi-application set includes mobile/cellular phone versions of transactional services like bill payment, money transfer (cross border), and POS payments at merchant locations. The mobile applications will be based on industry standards like J2ME, BREW, Windows Mobile and will run over SMS, GPRS and CDMA based protocols. The applications have been developed to be compatible with major phone models offered by US providers and include BlackBerry, Treo, Motorola, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Samsung, LG and Windows Mobile based cellular devices. ATM manufacturer Triton has teamed with Infonox to provide financial institutions with a way to automate their deposit services by accepting scanned checks through the ATM and provide a touch screen consumer interface. Visitors to Triton’s booth (#1719) during BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo, November 14-16, 2006, in Las Vegas will be able to see a sneak peak of Triton’s new full function, through-the-wall banking ATM, the FT7000, with advanced functionality running Infonox software. Triton is the largest provider of lobby/off-premise ATMs and ATM management software in North America and has more than 150,000 installations in over 23 countries worldwide. San Diego-based Infonox introduced “IDNox” which verifies address, SSN, driver’s license and OFAC validation with real-time analysis at the customer touchpoint. Wausau Financial Systems and Infonox have teamed to provide an ATM deposit solution for community banks which combines Infonox’s “Active Payment Platform” with WFS’ “Optima Image”.
FDC’s Global Cash Access and its QuickPlay Infonox subsidiary have inked a deal to deploy Infonox’s Active Payment Platform to enable casino customers to use their ATM cards at the slot machine. The Active Payment Platform has been extended to not only manage the EFT side of transactions but also to operate the entire monitoring and configuring of the transaction system. Key requirements in such a system, including message and data encryption, key management, POS and server configuration and management as well as back-end systems such as dispute resolution, transaction tracking and reporting, reconciliation, and settlement are all handled by the Infonox APP.
