However, in basic banking areas such as fair and transparent pricing, banks fall below consumer expectations. In fact, only one in four respondents believes a financial institution meets his or her needs in these basic trust and relationship areas.

The companies started their relations in 2010 and have also agreed to promote Direct Currency Conversion (DCC) services, a platform that allows ATM users to use the exchange rate offered by Travelex to have the transaction converted into their home currency at the time of cash withdrawal.
