Fiserv, Inc. today announced that four Puerto Rican credit unions have selected the DNA(TM) account processing platform through USICOOP, a San Juan-based cooperative. With combined assets of nearly $1 billion, the four credit unions will use the DNA platform to improve efficiency and provide the technical foundation to attract additional credit unions to the co-op. Serving a combined membership of over 100,000, Credicentro Coop, MaunaCoop, CamuyCoop and CoopRincón created USICOOP in 2013 to cost-effectively transform their enterprise technology. After a thorough evaluation of core platforms, USICOOP selected DNA, and with it, plans to lead a technological transformation in Puerto Rico’s financial services industry.

BPAY is an Australian payments scheme linking individuals and businesses to more than 160 banks and credit unions, and it processes more than 26 million bill payments each month. AOC Solutions commercial payments technology and services announced KeyBank has selected its “EnCompass” payments platform for its customers’ commercial card management and reporting. With this, KeyBank will offer its business customers AOC Solutions’ fully hosted, PCI-compliant commercial payments solution, EnCompass, as a one-stop online payment tool to help their business customers manage corporate purchasing/accounts payable (A/P), fleet, travel and entertainment, and purchasing card programs. KeyBank’s customers will also be able to obtain detailed statements and automatically analyze their spending using advanced metrics and reporting features. To access the EnCompass platform, which will be white-labeled as Key2Purchase to reflect the KeyBank brand, users will simply log in via browser using their assigned credentials.
Paydiant cardless ATM access and offer redemption platform announced that Harris Teeter, Inc., a Mid-Atlantic grocery chain that operates over 200 stores in eight states and the District of Columbia, will deploy a pilot of Paydiant’s white label mobile wallet as part of their Express Lane™ online shopping service in Matthews, N.C. beginning this month. The pilot store is located in Matthews Festival Shopping Center at 1811 Matthews Township Pkwy. The initial deployment will allow Harris Teeter Express Lane customers to use the Harris Teeter mobile wallet called “HT Express Pay” to pay for groceries ordered online. Payment will occur from within a customer’s vehicle at Express Lane curbside pick-up locations. Once the Harris Teeter mobile wallet app is downloaded to the customer’s iPhone® or Android™ smartphone and payment cards are linked to the wallet, the customer will simply scan a QR code presented to them on a Verifone® handheld mobile point of sale device. From there, the customer uses the mobile wallet to choose which of their major credit cards to use to complete the transaction, taps the “pay” button, and then a digital receipt is automatically sent to the customer’s mobile device.

Pay.on, leading global operator of Web-based, multichannel payment infrastructure services, has integrated the SEPA direct-debit payment process from P4 Solutions into its global payment network. The PAY.ON platforms have supported SEPA payment processing already for some time, but by integrating P4 Solutions, a further SEPA direct debit payment process solution is now available to PAY.ON clients. PAY.ON clients are thus already well positioned for SEPA. This affords their merchants enough time for the technical implementation by 1 February 2014 and to actively prepare their end customers for the SEPA payment process. By means of the PAY.ON API, PSPs, ISOs and financial institutions have access to around 300 payment providers in total, including more than 100 payment types.
