The Chairman of the Treasury Select Committee called on Lloyds TSB (Lloyds) and the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) to reconsider recent moves restricting access to cash machines for their basic bank customers. Wincor Nixdorf banking and retail IT solutions finalized an agreement with Global Cash Access to provide additional cash dispensing ATMs in U.S. casinos.
