University of Cincinnati (UC) students, faculty and staff users of the Bearcat Card/ID will have the option of linking it
to an already existing or new PNC account, adding the ability to access
ATMs and to make PIN-based purchases at any retail location on the STAR
or PLUSÂ® networks. Starting in June 2010, the reach and convenience of the cardâs existing
functions will be expanded thanks to a new banking relationship between
PNC Bank and UC. This would include grocery stores and chains, area
malls and more. The UC Bearcat Card/ID is not a credit card, nor will it
become one with the new arrangement. No credit card marketing will be
part of the new relationship. Currently, the UC Bearcat Card/ID is accepted by 79 off-campus businesses.

changed its corporate name to VeriFone Systems. Henceforth all
corporate information will be issued in the name of VeriFone Systems.
The name change does not otherwise affect the companyâs outstanding
stock certificates, and the companyâs common shares will continue to
trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the stock symbol âPAYâ. The
companyâs core business entity will continue to operate as VeriFone.
NCR Corporation is set to extend its e-commerce partnership with IN-based Old National
Bank. The partnership enables Old National Bank to leverage NCRâs Web
Hosting Services and “APTRA Online Banking” solution.
APTRA Online Banking enables Old National Bankâs customers to access
their accounts online and perform financial transactions such as paying
bills, checking balances and receiving notifications. Over the past 11
years, this scalable software solution has supported Old National Bankâs
