KWI cloud solutions launched its contactless Apple Pay digital wallet for its KWI Cloud 9 Mobile POS platform. This includes the addition of the VeriFone PAYware Mobile e315 and e335 sleds to KWI’s product offering which supports the Chip & Pin/ EMV retail industry’s requirement for later this year. KWI continues to be the industry leader with 60+ specialty retailers running the KWI Cloud 9 Mobile platform. “Our acquisition of the source code and the associated patent licenses in January, 2014 from Verifone has enabled KWI to quickly roll out new enhancements providing our clients with an early-to-market advantages in delivering a world-class customer experience”, states Sam Kliger, Founder and CEO, KWI. Comdata, MasterCard Partnership

Businesses can now pay their vendors through a collaboration announced today by Behalf, Comdata and MasterCard. The initiative helps improve cash flow for SMBs by providing alternative payment terms for their payments to merchants that accept MasterCard and are approved for participation by Behalf. Behalf will pay an SMB’s vendor invoice of up to $10,000 per purchase, and the SMB then pays Behalf back over up to 120 days. SMBs receive favorable rates and terms while their vendors benefit from more rapid cash flow, lower risk of fraud, fewer credit losses and increased sales. The offering extends Behalf’s product benefit by adding the ability to use a unique, secure virtual card for both point of sale and online purchases while receiving convenient payment terms.
