Everything Everywhere and MasterCard Partner on ePayments

MasterCard payment processor and Everything Everywhere communications company inked a five-year partnership to develop mobile and digital payment solutions for Everything Everywhere customers. The partnership will support the accelerated adoption of secure mobile payments by combining technology and financial assets, initially through a co-branded pre-paid solution for mobile devices that allows customers to make NFC payments at more than 100,000 retailers in the UK. Additionally, MasterCard and Everything Everywhere will expand its scope into person-to-person money transfers, loyalty rewards and digital payment services that will enable consumers to have the same simple shopping experience whether they’re paying in-store, online or using their mobile device.

TSYS Opens Multi-Media Contact Center

American Express has been ranked highest in customer satisfaction among U.S. credit card companies on the annual nationwide consumer study by J.D. Power and Associates. This places American Express highest in overall satisfaction among 11 of the largest card issuers in the U.S. American Express has received the study’s top ranking every year since it was launched in 2007. The J.D.
